TUKWILA, Wash. — State troopers are investigating after a pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle on southbound Interstate 5 in Tukwila on Sunday night.
The collision happened near Boeing Access Road, where four lanes were blocked.
Seattle Fire Department medics said they arrived at the scene and attempted lifesaving measures on a woman. The 55-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
It was not immediately clear why the woman was on I-5.
The incident is under investigation.
