Fire rips through Auburn home

A fire ripped through a home in Auburn Thursday afternoon.

Officials with Valley Regional Fire said when multiple agencies arrived at the scene in the 32100 block of 58th Avenue South, a vehicle was on fire and flames were seen coming from the garage.

Chopper 7 flew over the scene and captured flames shooting up from the roof of the home that was said to be approximately 4,000 square feet.

Residents at the home were able to escape and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
