Firefighters put out 2-alarm fire at warehouse near Port of Tacoma

TACOMA, Wash. — Firefighters put out a two-alarm fire at a warehouse near the Port of Tacoma on Tuesday afternoon.

Fire crews were called to the 2000 block of Marc Avenue for a commercial structure fire.

After the building was evacuated, part of the roof started to collapse.

A large plume of smoke was seen rising in the air.

Crews quickly got the fire under control.

No one was injured.

Officials are working to determine what started the fire.
