OLYMPIA, Wash. — On Wednesday, Governor Inslee will transfer his office and powers to the 24th governor of Washington, Bob Ferguson.
At 11:30 a.m., Governor-elect Bob Ferguson is expected to deliver his first inaugural address.
Ferguson is expected to outline his vision for the state in front of a joint session of the state legislature.
Later in the evening, Ferguson will attend the Inaugural Ball, which organizers expect to have 3,000 attendees. The ball will not be open to the public.
