A lottery will give dozens of lucky people tickets to see the Broadway hit "Hamilton" while it's on tour in Seattle for just $10.
“Hamilton” – the 11-time Tony award-winning Broadway musical hit about the Founding Fathers – is running from Feb. 6 to March 18 at the Paramount Theatre.
Seattle Theatre Group told KIRO 7 News before tickets went on sale, that they were first only on sale as part of the season's subscription. Broadway at the Paramount packages range from $233 to $729, and tickets for "Hamilton" are no longer available.

Producer Jeffrey Seller announced the lottery on Monday. Forty orchestra tickets will be sold for every performance for $10 each.
The digital lottery will open at 11 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 4 for tickets to the Tuesday, Feb. 6 performance. Subsequent digital lotteries will begin two days prior to each performance, according to a news release from the Paramount Theatre.
Here's how to enter:
- Use the official app for HAMILTON, now available for all iOS and Android devices in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
- You can also visit here to register.
- The lottery will open at 11 a.m. two days prior to the performance date and will close for entry at 9 a.m. the day prior to the performance.
- Winner and non-winner notifications will be sent at approximately 11 a.m. PT the day prior to the performance via email and SMS (if mobile number is provided).

- Only one entry per person. Repeat entries and disposable email addresses will be discarded.
- Tickets must be purchased online with a credit card by 4 p.m. PT the day prior to the performance using the purchase link and code in a customized notification email. Tickets not claimed by 4 p.m. PT the day prior to the performance are forfeited.
- Lottery tickets may be picked up at will call beginning 2 hours prior to the performance with a valid photo ID. Lottery tickets void if resold.
There are some limitations to the lottery: only one person can register per performance; multiple entries will not be accepted; patrons must be 18 years or older, and tickets are non-transferable. Also, lottery prices are not valid on prior purchases.
