SEATTLE — The Seattle Police Department is looking for 91-year-old Philip around Seattle.
According to police, Philip was last seen in Seattle at the intersection of North 112th Street and Greenwood Avenue North.
Philip is partially deaf and blind and is known to use King County Metro.
If you’ve seen him, police ask that you call 911.
