Have you seen Vasily Stefolgo? That’s the question the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public.
They say the 86-year-old was last seen Sunday afternoon on Fales Road in Snohomish.
He may have a difficult time getting around because he only speaks Russian.
He was last seen driving a silver 2009 Honda Fit with the Washington license plate: CFT5128.
He was wearing a black beanie hat, a black and grey colored zip-up jacket, and black pants.
