CARNATION, Wash. — The King County Flood Warning Center has issued a phase 2 flood alert level for the Tolt River in Carnation.
The warning came before 4 a.m. Friday after several hours of heavy rain brought minor flooding to the river.
Officials said the river is flowing well above the phase 2 flood alert threshold.

They reported minor flooding could occur in low-lying areas along the river, upstream of Carnation.
It is also said seepage could happen along the south bank levee between Snoqualmie Valley Trail bridge and the SR 203 bridge near 323rd Place Southeast.
