HUMPTULIPS, Wash. — Deputies with the Grays County Sheriff’s Office say human remains found in May in Humptulips have been identified as a missing Aberdeen man.
Police said Nathan Loring, 40, was last seen in south Aberdeen in late February and was reported missing in March.

Deputies said Grays Harbor County Coroner Kegel sent Loring’s remains to the King County Medical Examiner’s Office for an examination.
The examination revealed Loring died as a result of homicidal violence, deputies said.
Detectives with the Aberdeen Police Department and the Grays Harbor Sheriff’s Office are now working together to solve the case.
