Eastbound I-90 at Snoqualmie Pass was closed at milepost 47 on Monday following multiple spinouts and collisions, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
While westbound lanes remain open, traction tires are required for all vehicles traveling in that direction.
Additionally, oversized vehicles are prohibited from milepost 56.
Drivers are urged to use caution and follow the traction requirements.
No timeline for reopening the eastbound lanes has been provided.
