SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — An investigation is underway after a shooting on Friday in Lynnwood.

Deputies were called after 3 p.m. to 164th Street Southwest near Martha Lake.

Law enforcement found two teen victims and one suffering minor injuries, with a graze, but neither was taken to the hospital.

Deputies said it started with a dispute outside a bus stop among three males and spiled into a nearby crosswalk, where a gunman allegedly fired shots at two teens.

One victim ran and the gunman chased after him. The victim then jumped a fence and moments later, the gunman caught up.

It was captured on Rich Nord’s construction office camera, but at one point the gunman walked out of range of the camera and opened fire.

That’s the last Nord saw of the suspect.

KIRO 7′s Deborah Horne asked: So he’s the shooter? Nord said, “Yeah. Apparently. I almost yelled at him when I walked out front but I’m kinda glad I didn’t.”

We were just outside, you know, getting some stuff out of your vehicles right before that. So it’s just, the timing is, you know, kind of creepy,” Nord said.

Authorities said they are looking for a suspect believed to be wearing a light gray Nike hoodie, light gray sweatpants and a black face mask.

As for the victims, neither is cooperating with the investigation.
