Former Seattle Seahawks tight end Jimmy Graham has agreed to sign a three-year contract with the Green Bay Packers, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN.
Packers intend to sign TE Jimmy Graham to a three-year deal, sources tell ESPN.

On March 10, 2015 the Seahawks traded center Max Unger and a first round selection in the 2015 NFL Draft to the New Orleans Saints to acquire Graham.
In three seasons with the Seahawks, Graham played in 45 games, recorded 176 receptions for 2,104 yards and 18 touchdowns.
Originally a third round pick in the 2010 NFL draft by the New Orleans Saints, Graham attended the University of Miami where he played basketball for four seasons before playing football in his final year.
Graham and fellow tight end Luke Willson were both unrestricted free agents heading into the offseason for the Seahawks. Currently, Nick Vannett and Tyrone Swoops are the only tight ends under contract for the Seahawks heading into next season.
