KENMORE, Wash. — Kenmore police are asking the public for help identifying a teen seen on surveillance video spray painting a building, according to a series of tweets from the Kenmore Police Department.
The teen appears to be wearing jeans and a black “Empyre Primal” t-shirt.
His green backpack has a yellow patch on it.
The video shows the teen writing something on the back double-doors of a business in black spray paint.
When he’s finished, he caps the spray can, and puts it into his backpack.
He appears to have a skateboard in the video, leaning up against some palettes.
