A King County dentist's license was suspended following a Department of Health investigation after it found continuing infection control violations, according to a press release from the department.
A DOH investigator conducted an infection control inspection on Charles H. Pan's practice and found the infection violations in addition to inadequate patient records. An audit from 2015 required periodic audits of his infection control and record keeping practices.
Pan is unable to practice as a dentist in Washington state until the charges are resolved. He has 20 days to respond to the DOH charges and request a hearing.
