KIRKLAND, Wash. — Kirkland police said they have located a 13-year-old girl who was reported missing on Tuesday.
Police say Lily Nauman of Kirkland left her Houghton-area home Tuesday morning at 9:30 a.m. and hasn’t been seen since. Leaving home alone is out of character for Lily, police said.
Kirkland police say Lily was going to head to her first day at a new school with her dad Tuesday morning. He went into a different room in their house and when he returned to where Lily had been, she was gone.
Police say she never checked in at school.
On Tuesday night, police said that Lily had been located close to home and is doing well. No foul play is suspected.
