Lacey police arrest man for 108 violations of no-contact order

OLYMPIA, Wash. — The Lacey Police Department has arrested a 32-year-old man, accused of violating a no-contact order 108 times.

Officers arrested the man on Wednesday at a home in Olympia.

Police say the victim told them the man had violated the order numerous days this month and was worried for their safety because he owns a gun.

Officers say the man put up a fight, refusing to come out of the home so they sent in a SWAT team and a -9, who found him hiding in the attic.

The man reportedly tried to fight the K-9, who got a little scraped up, but officers say the dog is okay.

No guns were found inside the home.

The man was booked at the Thurston County Jail.
