LAKE STEVENS, Wash. — Lake Stevens police are looking for a missing endangered man who walked away from his home early Thursday.
Maksim Litovchenko, 26, left his home near 20th Street Northeast and Machias Road at about 4:30 a.m.
Police said he has limited ability to speak and several mental health conditions.
Litovchenko left his home in an unknown direction. He may have been wearing gray, striped Adidas sweatpants and a dark blue sweater. He may still be wearing a hospital-issued wristband.
Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 to report his location.
