SEATTLE — While the Seahawks serve up a brand new look on the football field this season, there will be new offerings dished up at Lumen Field’s concession stands.

It will all start during Monday night’s season opener against the Denver Broncos and former Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson.

KIRO 7 on Thursday got a sneak peek of the options that will be offered and they might help that match-up go down a little easier.

Seahawk fans will have the option of new vegan nachos, chicken teriyaki, barbecue and much more.

One of the biggest head-turners was a Korean-American mashup, the Bulgogi footlong hot dog.

The common theme is showcasing local products and local chefs.

“The fact there are local partners coming in, we’re trying to help out local community and in turn they’re helping us. They’re serving great food. It’s fantastic,” said Taylor Park, Lumen Field’s executive chef.

“It is a blessing to be this busy as a small business, as a family business, to think about what we’ve been able to do by sticking together and staying with our family recipes. We feel blessed,” said Miceala Thomas of Emma’s BBQ in Columbia City.

It is not just the Seahawks. The new food and drink options will be offered at the Sounder games and other stadium events.
