A man in his 30s was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle Thursday night after being injured by fireworks, Valley Regional Fire officials said.
Officials said they were called to reports of a fireworks-related injury near the Muckleshoot fireworks stands.
When crews arrived at the scene they found the man with significant injuries to his hand and flash burns to his face, first responders said.
Officials said two minors were also injured in the incident. A boy was taken to MultiCare Auburn Medical Center and a girl was treated on the scene.
Officials did not say what led up to the incident.
The incident is under investigation.
