Man drifts into other lane causing two-car rollover collision with family in Marysville

MARYSVILLE, Wash. — A man drifted into the other lane and caused a two-car rollover collision with a family in Marysville on Friday.

According to Marysville police, the crash happened in the 7500 block of Ingraham Boulevard around 1 p.m.

A 68-year-old Leavenworth man traveling westbound in a Ford Expedition and drifted into the eastbound lanes where he collided with a GMC SUV.

The SUV had a 37-year-old man, a 34-year-old woman, and their infant. The family was checked by personnel. The woman had minor injuries but didn’t need to be taken to a hospital.

The Leavenworth man was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.

The cause of the crash is still under investigation, but police don’t think there was impaired driving.
