A man was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Everett Jack in the Box early Sunday morning, according to police.
Police responded to reports of a shooting at the 8500 block of Evergreen Way in the Jack in the Box parking lot. Officers found an adult male with a gunshot wound and began performing CPR, but the man was later pronounced dead at the scene.
Statements from witnesses indicated two suspects were involved. Everett police initiated a K-9 track of the area but did not locate either suspect.
Officers later detained one suspect as he left the scene who is still in custody. Early reports indicated the victim and suspects knew one another.
Detectives had already arrested a 27-year-old woman for allegedly tampering with evidence, a 28-year-old man who police say arranged the meet up and a 27-year-old man who was at the scene.
On Wednesday, police arrested a 28-year-old man who is believed to be the getaway driver and a 31-year-old man who believed to be the shooter.
Police said the Snohomish County Medical Examiner's Office completed their examination. The victim was identified as 19-year old Raul Cuadros, who was shot in the chest.
The investigation remains ongoing.
