Man injured in South Seattle shooting

SEATTLE — A man was injured in a shooting at a South Seattle apartment early Wednesday, according to Seattle police.

Around 2 a.m., police responded to reports of a loud argument and gunfire at an apartment in the 3300 block of Wetmore Avenue South, near the Mt. Baker neighborhood.

When officers arrived, they contacted a man and woman who had been involved in the disturbance and found the man may have had bullet holes in his pants and a grazing wound to his leg.

The man was taken by ambulance to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.
