KENT, Wash. — A man is dead after a shooting at an apartment complex on Kent’s East Hill early Tuesday.
Police were called to the Mosaic Hills Apartments in the 23800 block of 110th Ave SE at 2:10 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a man who had been shot in the head. Though he had a pulse when officers started CPR, he died at the scene.
Information from a witness led officers to believe the victim and suspect knew each other.
Police brought in a K-9 team to try to track the suspect, but he was not found.
Kent detectives are gathering information and processing evidence from the scene.
