Man shot, killed at Graham bar identified

GRAHAM, Wash. — A man who was shot and killed at a bar in Graham early Sunday morning has been identified.

The Pierce County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the victim as 25-year-old Danny Stanley of Snoqualmie.

Stanley’s cause of death was a gunshot wound to the head and manner of death, homicide.

Deputies were called to the 9800 block of 224th Street East for a shooting.

People who called 911 said a man had been shot and the suspected shooter was still at the scene.

When deputies arrived, the suspected shooter fled on an ATV through a nearby field.

Deputies had found Stanley in the road.

Deputies used a thermal imaging device to search for the suspect in the field, as they believed he was armed.

They found the 25-year-old suspect and arrested him.

He was booked into the Pierce County Jail for first-degree murder.

An ATF K-9 team also responded to the scene and assisted in locating the gun used in the shooting.

The investigation is ongoing.
