BELLEVUE, Wash. — A scantily clad man was arrested in Bellevue after flashing people and refusing to leave a busy Bellevue street.

Shortly before 6 p.m. on June 29, police were called to the 700 block of Bellevue Way Northeast, a busy shopping and restaurant area near Bellevue Square. Police were told the man, who was wearing only a robe and a thong, flashed himself to patrons.

When officers arrived, the man refused to identify himself. He was escorted from the area and told not to return.

Police said the man returned to the location dressed the same way and refused to leave.

He was arrested, identified and booked into jail.
