A Mill Creek teen was the victim of a vicious and random attack.
She was walking home from her neighborhood grocery when a man in all black pulled her into the bushes and began choking her.
She fought back and managed to escape. Tonight Joanna Small is sharing her incredible story and the message she has for other women.
