Missing person from Snohomish County found

EVERETT, Wash. — UPDATE 6 pm., Jan 26: Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office has said that Toni Kifer was found on Sunday morning.

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public for help with finding a missing vulnerable adult.

Toni M. Kifer, 56, was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt, a white beanie with a fuzzy ball, tan pants, and white sneakers.

Around 8:30 a.m. on Jan. 24, Kifer left her house on 33rd Drive Southeast in Everett and has not returned.

SCSO said that she also had an umbrella and a red, white and blue Easton brand backpack.

Kifer is a vulnerable adult, with a child-like mind who requires medications for her mental health conditions.

SCSO says if you see her call 911 immediately.
