BELLINGHAM, Wash. — A motorcycle passenger died in a head-on crash Saturday evening near Bellingham.
Troopers said the crash involved a car and motorcycle on Chuckanut Drive and Sound View Road, south of Bellingham.
Investigators said the motorcyclist crossed over the center line and crashed head-on with the other car.
According to troopers, the passenger on the motorcycle died, and the motorcycle driver was seriously injured.
The investigation remains ongoing.
