SEATTLE — Seattle City Light said nearly 5,000 customers were without power in the Skyway area of unincorporated King County Tuesday morning.
The utility tweeted about the outage at 5:28 a.m. An hour later, the number of customers without power was down to about 2,600.
The estimated time for restoration was noon, but a check of City Light’s outage map at 9 a.m. showed power had already been restored to the remaining customers.
