New pizza, Walk-Off Markets, Din Tai Fung location and more coming to T-Mobile Park

SEATTLE — Ahead of opening day, the Seattle Mariners announced new food and beverage offerings for the 2023 season.

Moto Pizza’s highly sought-after signature pies, three more Walk-Off Markets, a Din Tai Fung in the T-Mobile ‘Pen and more are coming to T-Mobile Park, the Mariners said in a news release on Wednesday.

They will join returning favorites from the Mariners’ hospitality partner Sodexo Live!, which earned T-Mobile Park a reputation for fresh, locally-inspired food and one of the best ballpark dining experiences in professional sports, said the Mariners.

“Our team is constantly working year-round to ensure we provide the best dining experience for Mariners fans each season through exciting new menu creations, bold new local partnerships, and creative concepts,” said Sodexo Live! General Manager Meagan Murray. “This year, we’re thrilled to bring in a new local favorite, Moto Pizza, as well as new and expanded menu options all throughout the ballpark. We’re also offering expanded points of sale and more frictionless payment locations this season, so fans will be able to get back to their seats quicker to watch the game!”

New food offerings at T-Mobile Park include:

🐔🐔💥 (Chick Chick Boom)

  • A playful new chicken concept in Right Field and the first T-Mobile Park all-emoji food stand
  • 🐔🧇 🍟💧(chicken tenders and waffle fries with bottled water)
  • T-Mobile Park favorite, 🧄🧇🍟 (garlic waffle fries)
  • A special “Mind Blown Sauce,” created by Sodexo Live!’s Executive Chef Javier Rosa

The Walk-Off Market

  • Three new Walk-Off Market locations arrive at sections 141, 185, and 341, in addition to the flagship location at section 126
  • T-Mobile Park now has the most walk-out style markets out of any ballpark in the country.
  • Sections 141 and 126 will have value menu items and stadium favorites, premium entrees, healthy, local Evergreens salads and wraps, and local partners Just Poke and Din Tai Fung, as well as other snacks and beverages.
  • A new Ham Swaggerty sandwich available in honor of utility player and fan favorite Sam Haggerty, featuring smoked cured ham, wild baby arugula, spicy giardiniera, caramelized onions, aged Havarti cheese and dijonaise on rustic bread.
  • At sections 185 and 341, fans aged 21+ can order and get back to their seats quicker by using the new ‘Walk-Off Brews’ which will feature grab-and-go snacks and a wide variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages with brands such as Lagunitas and Schilling Cider.

Ballard Pizza

  • Locations at the T-Mobile ‘Pen and Terrace Club (section 241)
  • Ballard Pizza by locally renowned Chef Ethan Stowell offers a variety of New York-style thin crust pizza that is aged for two days to develop the perfect crispy and foldable crust.
  • New in 2023 is the Cal Raleigh-inspired dish, the “Cal Zone.”

Big League Burger

  • At sections 218 and 340′s Big League Burger outpost
  • The new Big League Burger features ¼ pound fresh American Wagyu patty, chargrilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, American cheese and chef’s secret housemade sauce
  • An Impossible meatless option is also available

Din Tai Fung

  • Din Tai Fung will now have two locations in the ballpark – Section 132 and The ‘Pen.
  • Fan favorites, including pork and veggie bao buns, chicken fried rice and spicy chicken wonton soup, will still be available.
  • Din Tai Fung will also be available at the Walk-Off Markets in sections 141 and 126

Edgar’s Cantina

  • New offerings in 2023 include crispy fish taquitos and shrimp quesadillas

Holy Smoke BBQ

  • Chef Javier and his team have updated Holy Smoke BBQ, now located near Section 105 on the Main Level and Section 313 on the View Level.
  • New offerings this season include a brisket sandwich featuring the signature dry BBQ beef rib, sticky smoked wings, which are tossed in the signature sticky honey BBQ sauce, and the Holy Moly Loaded Baked Potato with pulled pork, jalapeno cheese sauce drizzled crema and green onions.

Marination

  • Located near Section 119 on the Main Level, Marination will have a new luau plate lunch option, a sweet ginger miso chicken, alongside returning options of Kalua pork and “sexy tofu” with Hawaiian-style macaroni salad, signature slaw and rice.
  • Marination will also now serve their renowned Fresh Mango Lemonade

Moto Pizza

  • Making its Seattle sports venue debut this May, West Seattle-based Moto Pizza will bring its unique and deep dish-style pizza to T-Mobile Park.
  • At T-Mobile Park, fans can choose from four of Moto’s popular offerings, including Mr. Pig, a nod to Chef Lee’s heritage and mother.

Salt & Straw

  • Offering handmade ice cream with local ingredients, Salt and Straw will offer classic flavors as well as rotating “Seattle” flavors.
  • New for 2023 is Beecher’s flagship cheese with apple pie cinnamon rolls (a T-Mobile exclusive).

Value Menu

  • The popular Value Menu returns in 2023 and has been expanded to include Uncrustables, apple slices, carrots and ranch, hummus and pretzels, pepperoni sticks, and ice cream sandwiches.

New beverage offerings at T-Mobile Park include:

Batch Cocktails

  • New offerings include spiked strawberry lemonade, Paloma’s with fresh grapefruit juice, and spiked raspberry lemonade.
  • The cocktails will be available at Tito’s in The ‘Pen, 338 Box Score Bar, and 349 Trident Deck.
  • With the addition of Batch Cocktails, T-Mobile Park will now offer over 80 flavors of packaged adult beverages.

Coca-Cola

  • Coca-Cola products return as the “Official Fan Refreshment” of the Seattle Mariners with 11 new offerings, including three new flavors of BODYARMOR, two new flavors of VitaminWater, and Coca-Cola Creations.

Northwest Wines

  • Award-winning wines from Ste. Michelle Wine Estates are available throughout the ballpark, with the largest selection available at the Chateau by Chateau Ste. Michelle wine bar near Section 126 on the Main Level.

Value Beers

  • This season, 12 beers will be available at various locations around the ballpark priced at $5 and $6 for 12oz cans.
  • The entire roster of best-in-class T-Mobile Park beers is available via the Beer Finder, available via the MLB Ballpark app, which can be downloaded from any mobile app store.
