SEATTLE — A building that use to house popular Seattle staple Shanty Cafe was destroyed in a fire overnight, officials said.
Fire crews responded to Elliott Avenue West and Harrison Street around 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
The building was fully in flames when crews arrived. They sprayed water, but the building eventually collapsed.

Investigators are working to determine a cause.
It used to house the Shanty Cafe, which closed in fall 2016.
