TACOMA, Wash. — One person died in a house fire in Tacoma Thursday morning.
Tacoma fire crews were called to the 4600 block of East B Street. When firefighters arrived, they found about a quarter of the home was in flames.
One person was rescued from the home.
Firefighters later said the fire resulted in a fatality.
The fire has since been knocked down.
The cause is under investigation.
Information about the victim has not yet been released.
