SEATTLE — Seattle police responded to a shooting just after 11 p.m. on Thursday in the Pioneer Square neighborhood.
Officers responded to shots fired calls on South Washington Street, near the intersection of 1st Ave S.
According to SPD, one man who was shot in the leg was taken to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
The shooting happened at a parking lot adjacent to a nearby nightclub, according to SPD.
Police learned that a fight happened between two groups of people, which escalated into gunfire. Multiple shell casings of different calibers were found at the scene, as well as a stolen Glock handgun.
A second victim, a woman, arrived at Harborview with three gunshot wounds. The extent of her injuries are unclear. Both she and the first victim were uncooperative, police said.
A vehicle involved in the shootings was found at a home in Renton and has been impounded for evidence.
No suspects were located and no one has been arrested yet.
