MARYSVILLE, Wash. — The Marysville Fire District says crews were called out to a technical rescue after a person was stuck 70 feet down an embankment on Sunday afternoon.
MFD says the conditions were challenging as crews used specialized rope techniques to lower down the embankment.
Rescuers lifted the person out without incident.
