SEATTLE — Parking in the city can be expensive, but $50,000 is a bit more than most of us would be willing to pay.

But someone who needs the security of always having a spot and can also afford it might be interested in a recent Redfin listing.

The listing says the 128-square-foot parking space that “can easily fit a full-sized sedan” is for sale at a Capitol Hill condominium.

The space is located inside a secure garage with 24-hour access, and the buyer doesn’t have to live in the building on Bellevue Avenue East.

The listing describes a chance to buy the space for $50,000 a “once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” and says it’s close to some of the city’s best bars, restaurants and nightlife.

The owner would have to pay $25 a month in homeowner association dues and is welcome to rent out the spot.

As of Friday, the listing had been on Redfin for five days.
