SEATTLE — Paul McCartney, the legendary solo artist and voice of the Beatles and Wings, will play two shows at Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena this spring.
The Got Back tour will be in Seattle on Monday, May 2, and Tuesday, May 3. Tickets will go on sale at Ticketmaster on Friday, Feb. 25, at 10 a.m.
The 13-city tour is McCartney’s first since his Freshen Up tour ended in July 2019, before the pandemic took hold.
The tour will kick off on Apr. 28 with McCartney’s first ever show in Spokane, and runs through June 16 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
“With songs like ‘Hey Jude’, ‘Live and Let Die’, ‘Band on the Run’, ‘Let It Be’ and so many more, the Paul McCartney live experience is everything any music lover could ever want from a rock show: Hours of the greatest moments from the last 60 years of music — dozens of songs from Paul’s solo, Wings and of course Beatles catalogues that have formed the soundtracks of our lives,” a news release from Climate Pledge Arena said.
