BURIEN, Wash. — A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday by a car in Normandy Park.
Police were responding to the scene around 6:15 p.m.
Officials with the Normandy Park Police Department said the pedestrian, a man in his 70s, was not in a crosswalk when he was struck.
The roadway near where the crash occurred, at 1st Avenue South and South Normandy, is closed for investigation.
