BELLEVUE, Wash. — Police arrested a 30-year-old woman and two 17-year-olds in connection with a shooting of a Bellevue man in July.
Investigators said 48-year-old Baron Li was shot nine times in the parking lot at the Overlook at Lakemont Apartments on July 20.
Li survived and is still recovering.

On Friday, investigators said Li’s ex-wife was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder and is accused of hiring a 17-year-old to carry out the shooting.
Bellevue police said the teen got a friend to drive him from Mount Vernon to Bellevue to shoot Li.
According to investigators, Li’s ex-wife was allegedly going to pay $13,000 for the murder-for-hire plot.
The investigation remains ongoing.
In August, Li spoke to KIRO 7. He spent a week in the hospital as doctors treated the wounds from nine bullets. The worst damage was to his right arm, where the bone was shattered.
“I’m just worried about the rest of my family. That could have been me walking out with my kids,” said Li.
