EVERETT, Wash. — A father and son were injured Friday when they were shocked by power lines in Everett, fire officials said Friday afternoon.
Officials said the 5-year-old boy and the father are in satisfactory condition and was taken to Harborview.
Officials said the father and son were in a Genie lift that was rising and hit power lines.
The incident happened around 2 p.m. Friday near California and Colby Alley West in Everett.
Everett fire officials said the incident is under investigation and they didn't know the reason why the father and son were in the lift.
