Police are investigating a crash at 2300 Benson Drive South in Renton.
Chopper 7 was over the scene Friday night where crews responded to three cars involved.
One car crossed the center line causing a high-impact crash, Renton fire officials said.
Officials said three people had to be extricated and all were in critical condition and taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
The road was closed for the investigation.
Southbound traffic was diverted at South 21st street.
