TACOMA, Wash. — The Puget Sound Auto Theft Task Force is looking for a suspect in a Halloween carjacking in Tacoma.
Around noon, the victim parked their 2002 Honda Accord in a parking lot near Pearl Vision in the 4000 block of Tacoma Mall Blvd.
The victim got out of their car and was approached by a Black man who pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the victim, demanding the keys to the car.
The victim handed over the keys and the suspect drove away in the victim’s Honda, hitting a parked car while fleeing.
The Washington license plate for the stolen Honda is AGC4137. Anyone who knows who committed the carjacking or knows where the car may be is asked to contact Tacoma police and reference case #2030500784.
