SEATTLE — Seattle police are investigating an attempted robbery at a marijuana dispensary on Aurora Avenue on Tuesday night.
Officers responded to the dispensary shortly after 8 p.m. and found broken glass and evidence of a shooting in the parking lot.
The security guard told police that multiple armed suspects came up to the store, prompting him to draw his weapon. He then told them to drop their guns.
The guard then fired five shots at the suspects, according to a blotter post.
The suspects went back to their car and fled south on Aurora Avenue.
Police said it appears that no one was hit by the shots. The suspect vehicle was not located.
