OAK HARBOR, Wash. — A power outage in Oak Harbor is affecting more than 5,000 customers, according to Puget Sound Energy’s outage map.
The outage started after 8:50 p.m. Thursday.
It is not yet known what caused the outage, but crews are investigating.
Power is estimated to be restored by 11 p.m.
