SEATTLE — Seattle City Light officials said power was restored to nearly 6,000 customers in the Ravenna, Roosevelt and the University District at about 9:15 a.m. Friday.
Officials determined a faulty cable caused the outage.
Crews were able to restore power sooner than originally estimated at 11 a.m.
