FIFE, Wash. — The Fife Police Department is looking to identify a man who is accused of shooting someone in the head at an apartment complex.
Officers say the man, who was dressed in a black hoodie and black beanie pulled out a gun and shot at someone as they tried to leave their unit.
The bullet only grazed the man’s scalp, and he is expected to be okay. The gun has not been recovered.
