REDMOND, Wash. — Redmond police say a 26-year-old man surrendered after threatening someone with a gun and barricading himself.

This happened at a complex in the 16500 block of Northeast 84th Court near the Darling Daycare Center around 3 p.m. on Tuesday.

Officers got a call that the man threatened to shoot a maintenance worker.

The man shut himself inside the apartment when officers arrived, but he did eventually surrender.

He was later charged with harassment.
