SEATTLE — Former Seahawks free safety Earl Thomas is expected to sign with the Baltimore Ravens on Wednesday, according to Adam Schefter, of ESPN.

Schefter reports the deal is a four-year contract worth $55 million with $32 million fully guaranteed at signing.

Thomas was the second player drafted in the Pete Carroll and John Schneider era when the Seahawks selected him with the 14th overall pick in the 2010 Draft out of the University of Texas.

In his nine years with the Seahawks, Thomas has been named to six Pro Bowls and has been named a first-team All Pro three times.

Thomas appeared in 137 career games and recorded 30 interceptions in his Seahawks career (playoff statistics included).

The Baltimore Ravens are scheduled to travel to CenturyLink Field in Seattle to play the Seahawks next season.

Thomas sent a message to Seahawks fans on Twitter on Wednesday saying, "Thank you Seattle for the love and memories that my family and I will never forget."
