SEATTLE — Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett flew back to Seattle Wednesday after spending two nights at Stanford Hospital, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Schefter said Jody Allen, the Chair of the Seahawks, provided her plane to fly Lockett back.

Lockett was injured late in Monday night's victory over the 49ers,  with what Pete Carroll called a "really bad lower leg bruise."

Carroll said team doctors were concerned about swelling in Lockett's leg, and he was sent to the hospital out of precaution.

Despite the swelling in his leg, Carroll said doctors think Lockett will be fine to play against the Philadelphia Eagles next week -- after the team's bye.

The Seahawks beat the 49ers 27-24 on a game-winning 42-yard field goal by Jason Meyers in overtime.

Lockett leads the Seahawks this season with 62 receptions for 793 yards and six touchdowns.

Malik Turner filled in for Lockett in overtime and recorded two catches for 35 yards.
