Seattle fire investigators have ruled a fire at a Capitol Hill residential building Monday night as arson.
The fire happened in the 400 block of East Howell Street.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire and no injuries were reported.
Officials said the total loss to the structure and contents is estimated at $10,000.
The investigation is ongoing.
