At 12:05 a.m. on Friday, officers from the Southwest Patrol responded to a call about shots being fired in the South Park area.
An initial search by police did not locate any evidence related to the shooting.
Around 45 minutes later, the King County Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the shooting victim in Burien.
The victim narrowed down the location of the incident to the 500 blocks of South Henderson Street or South Concord Street.
Seattle police officers then located a crime scene at 500 South Trenton Street, and recovered two .45 caliber firearm casings from the road.
